The Role: Administrative Associate (This position NOW has been filled)

MJ Mena Limited is looking to recruit someone to join our expanding team as Administrative Associate on a full-time basis. The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support on projects for the organisation. Other duties will include diary management and ensuring all materials meeting corporate guidelines. You will also be required to liaise with clients when required including support for the project and programmes.

Key Experience and Skills:

  • The ideal candidate will have office administration experience or related experience.
  • You must have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to successfully work across several projects at once.
  • The successful individual must have strong communication skills and writing skills.
  • A good sense of creativity with an eye for detail.
  • A good knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong skills in PowerPoint is required for this role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing schedule with clients and calendar management, including personal appointments. Organising various internal and external meetings, including report preparation and presentation.
  • Improving the team process and managing the spreadsheet.
  • Keeping the office in good shape and distributing documentation internally and externally, electronically or hard copy.
  • Politely and professionally liaise with Clients in arranging meetings.
  • Manage diaries, prepare and maintain various reports and databases.
  • Efficiently assist and effectively support the Director with all correspondence management and filing including managing emails/mails, out of office email messages for the team, responding or redirecting as necessary.

Role: Business Development Assistant (This position has NOW been filled)

MJ Mena Limited is looking to recruit someone to join our expanding team as a Business Development Assistant on a full-time basis. The purpose of this role is to provide management assistance to the Director and Business Developer, and future wider team. You will also assist in planning, preparation, delivery and follow-up of a variety of Business Development & Marketing initiatives. You will also be required to liaise with clients when required.

Key Experience and Skills:

  • Able to use to a good standard, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • Experience of data reporting would be useful.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proactive, dynamic and comfortable using their initiative.
  • Personable, confident and diplomatic.
  • Calm and organised under pressure.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • The ability to work with people at all levels.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • the ability to anticipate issues and respond to unforeseen changes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing and delivering marketing projects and new content to win new business on budget and on time.
  • To assist in the development and/or updating of all Business Development policies and procedures and to assist in implementation and monitoring of use.
  • Maintaining and updating staff profiles, news and marketing contents on the MJ Mena Limited website.
  • Supporting key personnel in the application of initiatives and strategies across the firm Monitoring the Business Development budget and actual costs.
  • Produce and circulate monthly reports on key business development matters.
  • Assisting with the management of existing client relationships and identifying potential new business.
  • Attend routine meetings when required to support the firm to achieve its business objectives.
  • Assisting with the implementation of specific business development projects.
  • Assisting with the implementation of specific business development projects.
  • Managing Business to Business sales and using initiative to further improve business development.
  • Liaise with all clients on issues that arise and communicate such issues to the Company Director.
  • Accurately maintain and develop the Database of Client Surveys, Client Contacts and Business Contacts.
